The staff were always very helpful and accommodating.
I found the hotel to be far from its advertised 5-star standard. The common areas, such as the restaurant and reception, felt outdated and in dire need of refurbishment. The noise from surrounding rooms made it hard to get a good night's sleep, and the pool was small with insufficient sunbeds.

We liked this place - well-maintained hotel.
The room was tastefully decorated and the view of the sea was spectacular. The beds were comfortable and there were a safe, a sofa bed, and central heating.

Really enjoyed our recently renovated and reasonably large rooms in this place.
The highlight was the great food.

The hotel staff were generally polite, but there were moments when
The reception team seemed overwhelmed. The room was cleaned daily, but it seemed dated and the bathroom in particular needed attention. The beach was conveniently located nearby.

Here we were near to few of our favorite spots such as church of saint paraskevi. Mythos is walking distance to the hotel.

great service but minor room updates needed
The staff were very good too ensure we were comfortable. The receptionist greeted us warmly and unexpectedly upgraded our room, which enhanced our stay. The food variety was so great. Every meal felt special with options that delighted our taste buds. The sea view from our balcony was amazing.
The room itself seemed slightly dated, particularly the bathroom fittings that could use attention.

Celebrating a birthday at this hotel offered a good location near bars and shops. The all-inclusive food was decent with a variety, although some dishes became repetitive. Tried the indoor pool and gym with new equipment. Quite refreshing! Met some great staff, especially at the bar, who ensured drinks flowed well during the day. Some areas of the hotel are in dire need of a facelift, and it felt more like a 3-star than a 5-star. Poolside loungers were often taken early, with people reserving them all day. The air conditioning in our room had moments of struggle, feeling inadequate on hotter days. Had issues with snacks being limited outside of meal hours, frustrating. The beachfront area was lovely, but crowded with sun loungers from multiple bars. Not the best experience for those who prefer open space.

Great food variety and attentive service
I enjoyed the extensive food options available at all meals, with numerous hot and cold dishes, and the presence of live cooking stations added a nice touch. The staff were great, particularly Dimitris, the restaurant manager, who ensured that my dietary needs were met seamlessly. The room was modern and included essential amenities like a fridge, but I did notice the need for some updates in the common areas.

The location is perfect for exploring nightlife and the atmosphere was lively. There's a billiards table by the pool, and a tennis court out by the second pool. The food selection was varied and tasty, made our meals enjoyable.
We did face an annoying situation where the reception woke us early to confirm our email, disrupting our sleep. It would have been better if they had checked this during our initial check-in.

Recommend it for families
The staff were attentive,. One evening, the restaurant manager noticed my wife wasn't feeling well, and they made her a special meal just for her recovery.
It wasn't exactly economical, but still acceptable for what we experienced.
